Service Request: When a garage door goes off track it’s often because either the rollers, the track (or both) have sustained some form of damage.
Our Solution: In Mr. Vasquez’s case, the garage door track had bent at a certain section, and two of the plastic rollers on that side were also damaged. We repaired the track damage to ensure it maintained a straight form and replaced the broken rollers. Since the garage door rollers facilitate the steady movement of the panels, when they incur damage, problems arise fairly quickly. Thus, we managed to solve the problem with minimal work on the door.

Service Request: The garage door was moving slowly and would barely lift more than a foot off the ground.
Our Solution: In cases where the garage door has trouble moving or opening fully, the springs often have an issue. In this customer’s case, both garage door springs and cables were in worn shape and were going to break very soon. The frayed cables and malformed spring coils couldn’t sustain the weight of the door, which was why it would barely open. Replacing the garage door spring and both lift cables got rid of the problem.
