Broken Spring Replacement
Customer Issue: Ms. Rivera noticed that her garage door jerk as it opened and closed, and wanted us to fix it.
Our Solution: We checked Ms. Rivera’s garage door for ourselves, and examined the various parts. Our technicians noticed that one of the extension garage door springs had broken, and likely had been causing the door to have a difficult time moving. After letting the tension go in the remaining spring, we installed a new one. Our team then restored the tension to test the balance.
Garage Door Off Track
Customer Issue: Mrs. Taylor grew worried something had broken with her garage door when it suddenly wouldn’t budge.
Our Solution: Our experts found that Mrs. Taylor’s garage door had come off of its track. A lot of lawn work had been done recently, and the wind had blown leaves and other materials over to be caught in the track. Enough built up that it forced the rollers out of the track. We pried the track open, and cleared out the substances blocking it up, then popped the rollers back into it.
