Track Replacement
Customer Issue: Mr. Morgan’s garage door got stuck mid-air and wouldn’t close no matter what he tried.
Our Solution: Mr. Morgan’s door had been acting strangely for a while, and finally stopped working. The tracks were long past the point of repair which is why we had to replace them. We got a new pair and, as soon as we took down the existing ones, aligned them properly before we tightened them into place. We also put a new set of rollers and then went on to reinstall the door. A couple of tests and some fine-tuning later, and the door was as good as new!

Broken Spring Replacement
Customer Issue: Mrs. Bowden’s garage door spring reached the end of its life-cycle.
Our Solution: Having visually inspected the whole system, we realized we had to secure the door to begin the repair. Once we did that, we took down both springs and installed a new pair. We also made sure the rest of the components were in good condition and rust-free. Before leaving, we fine-tuned the system and carried out maintenance to ensure the new springs were working to the best of their ability.
