Broken Spring Replacement
Customer Issue: Customer had two extension garage door springs. One of the units broke, leaving the door in a precarious position and unstable to move.
Our Solution: With two spring garage door systems, it’s important to check both units even if only one broke. The reason, as was the case here, was that the second extension spring was in bad shape and would very soon break as well in all likelihood. We replaced both springs on the garage door, then adjusted their tension to facilitate the smoothest and least exhausting movement from the door.

New Garage Door Installation
Customer Issue: Mrs. King had an old garage door that well past her prime and she needed a new model installed in its place.
Our Solution: The first step is to determine which garage door model will offer Mrs. King the best solution. There’s a wide range of choices for all sorts of purposes, so we sat down with Mrs. King to discuss all her options. The door model she choose was a faux wood garage door from Clopay. It flaunted a beautiful exterior finish, and had a high R-value (insulation level). We proceeded to return to Mrs. King’s residence with the new faux wood garage door and installed it in place of the old, worn model.
