Customer Issue: The customer had rollers that were broken from years of use.
Our Solution: Our team ensured that the opener for his garage door was disconnected for safety before clamping the door into place. Once the tracks were opened up, the damaged and rusted rollers were removed and replaced with new ones. The tracks were then closed and the opener connected again.
Opener Remote Control Failed
Customer Issue: Remote control not working.
Our Solution: The wall switch was working so we knew that the problem was with the remote itself. We opened it and tested its inner circuitry. Some of the wires were damaged, so we replaced them and then tried the remote again. The door opened without any problems.
Customer Issue: Worn extension springs.
Our Solution: Although only one spring was damaged we replaced both with new high quality ones because the second unit was also getting ready to break. We then made sure the door could open and close smoothly again.
Customer Issue: Broken spring.
