Mister Cortalini’s garage door’s lower left rollers came out of their track. The track had too much give, and it seemed to be because of a loose wall section.
We removed the garage door from its tracks for the customer, and left it standing up against the side of his garage until he tightened that wall section. Once the garage was structurally up for it, we came back and reinstalled the door on its now straight and stable tracks. After reconnecting the opener and cables, we tested the garage door to make sure it worked again.
